Avoid Allergies - If you are allergic to eggs substitute eggs for 1 teaspoon baking powder plus 1 Tablespoon water and 1 Tablespoon vinegar. Or 1 Teaspoon yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water. Or mix 1 1/2 teaspoon water with 1 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Many pastas come with eggs. Ingredients will say albumin, globulin, or ovomucin.
Wheat. Substitute wheat with rice flour, potato starch, soy flour or corn flour.
Drink green tea, eat buckwheat, kiwis or fish. These will open up a stuffy nose because they contain natural antihistamine.
