Reduce Allergy Symptoms Towards Cats, Dogs & Birds - One of the easiest things to do is to take an antihistamine such as benadryl. This will reduce your allergy symptoms of sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes & itchiness.
Wash your hands right after interacting with your pet and prevent touching your face with your hands until after you wash your hands.
